Calorie burn?
Anyone know how accurate the Fitness Blender calorie burn numbers are? I tend to estimate towards the lower end of the spectrum on here, but I really have no idea how much I'm burning. Anybody have data from an HRM or something? I know it's different for everyone, but at least it's a starting place.

Loooong travel day
I'm traveling from the US to South Korea (about a 26 hour trip in total) in a few days, and I'm wondering if anyone has any tips for eating healthy and possible exercise on the way. Also not going crazy on a 14 hour plane ride, but that's another story.

I've just started peeking into the forums here, and I've seen people talking about all kinds of different fitness programs -- P90X, 30 day shred, Insanity, TurboFire, etc. Can anyone who tried one/several/many of these kinds of programs comment on what you liked or disliked?
