I'm traveling from the US to South Korea (about a 26 hour trip in total) in a few days, and I'm wondering if anyone has any tips for eating healthy and possible exercise on the way. Also not going crazy on a 14 hour plane ride, but that's another story.

The obvious one is to walk around if you have a layover. (or just do pushups in the terminal...
)
