Definitely switch up sooner if you feel up to it! When my friend and I did it years ago, we moved to Level 2 after 5 days as it got too easy for us, then did Level 2 for 13 days because we found it much harder. Do what works for you!

Happy Friday! I ended up skipping Jillian and doing a massive cardio session on Wednesday instead (30 minute aerobic dance video, then 1h walk-jog in the park), and was super achey yesterday so I took it as my rest day. Just finished Level 1 Day 3 of 30DS, and it was definitely more of a struggle today, (I finally added in…

Good work everyone!! I completed Day 2 yesterday, along with an early morning hour-long walk in the park (we're still allowed out to exercise in the UK), and 15 minutes of ballet exercises. Achey and tired today, but I'm aiming to do my walk on my lunchbreak, and then 30DS later this afternoon (I like to do it after work!).

Hi! I'm all in for this. I completed 30DS 7 years ago with my best friend. I don't have any results or pics from then, but it's the most fit and best shape I've ever been in. I'm now 50lbs/22kg heavier than then, and ready to give it another go. How are you all getting on so far? I'm off to take my before pics, and start…

Protein shakes are my SUPER quick breakfast. Add water, shake, go! Cottage cheese with berries sprinkld over is also one I love. For lunches I just throw together greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber chunks, chicken and some blueberries with a bit of olive oil and lemon juice. Either have it on it's own or pop it in a wrap.…

If I didn't start work so gosh-darned early I'd definitely have eggs for breakfast every day!! (poached, on whole-wheat toast with half a smashed avocado...mmm!) But actually I tend to go for the much mentioned protein shake. I keep one bag of unflavoured at home to mix into fruit smoothies, as well as one bag of flavoured…

I go through phases where I'll eat one thing non stop for lunch for a few weeks, and then swap to something else once I get bored. My current fave is cold soup (tomato and veg) with chicken in it, and an apple. Next week I've got chicken salad wraps planned :) I tend to buy all the stuff on my way to work on Monday, and…

Homemade peri peri chicken pieces! :)

I've managed to cut down from 3 to 1 but still can't do either English breakfast tea or coffee completely without it! Just tastes too bitter for me.

My favourite method is making a little "dish" out of tin foil and then putting the chicken breast in that, drizzled with a tiny bit of olive oil, some lemon juice, paprika, garlic, salt + pepper. Doing it in a little "boat" means the chicken bakes inside all the liquid and it the tastes AMAZING. And then you can use the…

Best I've ever looked was after 25 days of 30DS! My best friend and I did 4 days Level 1, 6 days Level 2 and 10 days Level 3. I've not been able to do it since (that was about a year ago) cos I moved house and my new place is about the size of cupboard, but I'm dyiiiiing to get back to it! I was actually looking over my…

My local Chinese used to do a collection one-person set meal for under £5 and I had to walk past it every day to get home. I definitely ate there WAAAY to often!!

How can we get this pinned to the top of the Getting Started folder?! Great stuff.

Hiya! I'm 22, 5'6" and currently 10st 1lb-ish. Aiming for another 10lb loss. UGW is 9st. I hit my highest weight of 11st 9lbs at the end of my first year at uni (the dreaded freshers 15!) and then went home for summer and lost about a stone in 3 months just from eating normal home-cooked meals again (no more stodgy canteen…

5'6" Weight: 141lb-ish Waist: 27.5" Hips: 41" A very VERY obvious pear-shape. The last time I weighed what I do now, I was 14 years old. This is the smallest I've seen my waist measurements in a long while. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that from now on down my hips will start to FINALLY shrink some! Edit: I know I'm…

You still don't COMMENT on it. You can think about it all you like. B*tch about me when I leave? Knock yourself out. But you don't just ask me a question like that. It's basic general manners. It's not their job to criticize my choices in life.

That's awesome!!! :D

A massive bag of spinach, some tomatoes and a pack of blueberries are the only other things I'd add to that personally :) Fab list!
