Love was once defined to me as something in a relationship that has no expectations and does not need to force. It neither hides nor fears and gives us a chance to see the light through the darkness. It took me a long time of fooling myself what I thought was love to be true. I stayed with men I had no business with for…

Totally in the same situation. From going from 160 to 129 and realizing that the weight doesnt sit on me the same way it did before I had my son its a little confusing and frustrating. It gets difficult to keep going especially when dietary and fitness needs keep changing. I just keep telling myself: when I think I can't,…

Right now I am bumped up to two 20lb weights and also incorporating lunges, and calf raises with my squat sets. The results came after a…

The information I can give coms from being a massage therapist going on five years. However since I can't see you in person I can't give any specific advice. In general a muscular injury should be rested, iced, compressed and elevated. Save for the elevation, reducing inflammation is the most important element to keeping…

That sounds more like a structual/postural disfunction. Happens when short tissue conflicts the tensegrity of the body. It could be a number of things at the core of it--better to seek out a chiropractor to be sure.

Believe it or not but pinterest has some great ideas to start out. I managed to design an effective bulking program for myself that way. Good luck.

Wow. I hope you write a book of your journey--your writing is just as (if not more captivating if I may) amazing as your transformation. I look forward to seeing it on shelves everywhere. Brilliant and inspiring. Thank you for sharing.
