I try not to weigh myself, but I tend to measure a bit more often. Within the first two weeks of my diet I hadn't lost very much, but I had lost 2 inches in my waist and hips.

I think you just season it to taste, dip it in the milk and then crushed corn flakes. I don't remember much else, but I was thinking about making those. I love that show.
