  • Today is Day 7! Wish me luck today...Friday's are usually when I get off track :( I think it's difficult sometimes because I weigh myself on Fridays and lately, I have not lost any weight. Today, I weighed myself again, and again there was no loss...guess I should just be happy I didn't gain any weight.
  • Day 5 here I come! It looks like I need more potassium in my diet...any suggestions? I'm having a banana for breakfast :)
  • Here we go again...today is Day 1...take 4? LOL Seriously, I'm not sure what to do anymore. I've gone over my calories a few times, but I've still been exercising and staying under my goal most days, yet I have not lost 1 pound or even 1/2 an inch anywhere... :(
  • Today is Day 7...here comes another weekend! It looks like I will have to do some type of exercise today in order to eat well and remain below my calorie goal.... maybe a 30 minute walk?

  • So...I went over my calories Friday, but I have been on track since Saturday, making today Day 4. If I make it through today, I'll have 17 more days to go...

  • Hi! I have 17 pounds and a few inches to lose. I started working out over a month ago but only recently (Tuesday) joined this site and started tracking my calorie intake. So far, I have not lost any weight, but I'm not giving up! I'll try to take some before pictures this week...not sure if I'll post but you never know ;)
