I haven't been vegan for long (under 3 months), but I have really enjoyed cooking vegan, and have lots to share! I'm now back on MFP because I'm looking to shift to more strict meal prep so I can lose weight and get enough protein, so I'd love to make friends!

Hummus makes veggies appetizing and desirable. Store bought hummus is typically 30 calories per tablespoon. Here is my favorite recipe for homemade hummus http://www.inspiredtaste.net/15938/easy-and-smooth-hummus-recipe/ It's a bit higher in calories but much tastier with the fresh garlic and lemon juice.

I only workout 2-4 times a week because my part time job (11 hours each weekend) is labor intense and I honestly don't have the time to exercise very much being a student.
