Thank you guys. I appreciate it. Although why are you guys generally telling me to log it regardless if it's bad? I just usually chalk up the whole day and begin anew the next. Just curious!

Possibly...I think it was more so the case of me being bored because I was home alone and that rarely happens. Thank you for your encouragement, it means a lot : )

I'm not vegan BUT I drink a vegan protein shake everyday. (Is that weird? I dunno.) Vegasport is AWESOME. 25g of plant based protein per serving!! And it's quality stuff too. I suggest you check it out.

This is not a silly question. You do what feels best for you. But you have to ask yourself "why" do you feel better at a certain weight? If the answer is truly because you think you look bomb in whatever you wear and you wake up feeling good, then you do you girl.

FOR ME...Consistently working out has reduced my stress ten fold. I realize I'll always be tempted by the better tasting food but I had switch my thinking to "better feeling food". Meaning, I always ask myself, "How am I going to feel about myself if I eat this ben&jerry's ice cream?" Typically, I'll put it aside what…

Aw heck no! Cheat DAYS? ARE YOU INSANE??!?!?!?! jk. jk. ;P Cheat days are just way too much and it's way too easy to get off track doing an entire day of no-no foods. For me, personally, it doesn't take many calories or slices of pizza for me to wash away a whole week of progress. I stick to limiting myself to cheat…

The only "detox" (I use quotes because that's what the livers job is) I've ever done was a juice cleanse. The juice cleanse was for me to jump start my diet, mainly. I'd make 4-5 juices a day with my Hamilton Beach juicer with all sorts of fruits and vegetables. Ultimately, it was expensive. But I felt great! ASIDE FROM…

I hate to say it, but you're not eating enough to sustain going to the gym that much. You're not really eating that much period.

Adjust your macros. Anywhere from i believe 50-70 carbs a day is moderate weight loss, 70+ is mainatance. Anything below 50 is considered extreme extreme weightloss. (Think Atkins diet) Eat back your calories. Doesn't have to be all, just play with it a bit. I'd also suggest not killing yourself during your workouts, 1200…

It's just a thing people say when they really mean "it's slowed down" If your metabolism TRULY was "ruined" and had stopped, you'd be dead. You can "ruin" your metabolism by not eating for extending periods of time, for example. But even then it's not "ruined" as your body will switch to consuming muscle instead of fat.…

Perhaps you just hold most of your weight in your tummy area? Keep doing what you're doing, I'm sure once you get closer to your goal you'll see the inches melt off if thats where you keep most of your weight. If you want to speed up the process I'd suggest doing HIIT workouts which burn fat. That would definitely help you…
