  • I only give myself Friday OR Saturday to eat how ever I want. I think of Sunday as the start of the week and Friday is still a work day....It just depends on if we have people over or not on Friday night. I actually find it hard to meet my Calorie goal with no exercise on the weekend, I think it's because my tummy is still…
  • Upper one day, lower the next...BUT back and abs can be done everyday. =] (I'm not making this up, it's straight from a Trainer I had) I asked the same thing =]
  • I am wondering the same thing.... I had the weight watchers one, it even told me water weight....but it always changed too. So I thought digital SUCKS!!! I got an old dial one....but after I Zero it and stand on it...I read it, once I step off is at 5 lbs >.< I have to weight like 15 times to really make sure I got it…
  • The first one says it's been deleted. =[
  • I hate it when they don't ask fo ID in places like Walmart... it means they think you look over 46....I am 21 hahaha That's got to be an AWESOME feeling. Keep it up =]
  • I think it's very sexy when my husband take his shirt off, stretches and his belly shows.....anything that shows his tummy. I love a mans tummy. MMMMMMM =] I love the oh so sweepy look he gets when he first wakes up. When you can tell he is trying soooo hard not to smile at something, and I point to his lips and say "there…
  • I got one of those "coffee" cups. They look like a starbucks cup but are hard plastic...it's around 24 oz and I drink three a day. I always have an APP to help log how much I really have drank and how much more I need to. I usually go over.
  • Push ups, planks, side planks...they all kill my wrists. You are definitely not alone on this one... I try to limit the time I spend on them...if I am doing a work out where I will be putting a lot of pressure on them I try and do sit ups or something that will allow them some rest before I get back on them.
  • It depends on how long you are walking...I have one and I burn about 200-300 walking 2 miles in about 45 minutes.
  • I'd like to see peoples answers too! I am fighting to stay awake all day but can't sleep at night >.<
  • Well if you are going to any kind of Phsycal Therapy they can help you. I know my mom's PT taped her back in the shape on an X and it's forced her to stand and sit right, it actaully fixed her posture. She went back once a week to get it re-taped for a while. Also core training will help. once your tummy muscles are…
  • AWESOME JOB!!!! You look like a different person! You look like Tina Fay! =P
  • I did the 30 day sred...it was okay. I did the burn fat dvd of hers first so the 30 day shred seemd a lot slower. You just need hand weights or I have heard some people used soup cans. My tummy def got flatter with it though...It helped me to write down on a calendar from day one to 30 and mark it off. Hope you enjoy it.
  • Non- scale victory =]
  • I know I have been eating alot more sweets than when I started. I blame it on Easter though... I must have had one bad craving for candy when I went shopping for our Easter Baskets....I got A bag of mini twix, mini snickers, starburst jelly beans, sour patch jelly beans, caramel eggs, and the chocolate easter bunnys. lol I…
  • Swimming is one of THE BEST work outs you can do. You'll get cardio with strength, from your head to your toes. I was on swim team in highschool. I took lap swim at my college and I had a guy stop me and ask how I could swim for so long without stopping...he then told me how hard it was and how suprised he was....Since he…
  • I log EVERYTHING!!! If I spend an hour walking slow around a store or mall...I log it. If you do you have to do the same with food....even a bite, or a nibble. I log my daily cleaning, watering...why not it's calories you are burning! =]
  • It just three bands with, each different resistance levels. It came with a little book to give you some ideas, but there is not number of reps or sets to follow. I guess I'll just have to say "I'll give myself and extra 50-100 cals" each day I do it.
  • The "freecreditscore" songs....they are horrible.
  • "Some beach somewhere" hate hate hate that song.....and it's now stuck in my head.
  • Ohh there are too many... I get the little kid songs stuck in my head..Ever watch the fresh beat band?! >.<
  • I think that relizing what you do is an AMAZING step to start your weight loss! GRATZ! It took me three years of doing what you are doing to say enough is ENOUGH!!!! Now I take the weekends off...off of exercise and off of tracking. I actually just got so used to tracking I tend to still do it on the weekends. The only…
  • Think of it like this..... It's like a math equation.... 1,200(goal) +480(from eating) -198(from working out) = 282 (cals consumed) You should be eating back the calories you burn or your body will go into survival mode and it could push your weightloss back.
  • I ate sooo much candy! I usually don't have any! Doesn't help it's close to my TOM....but I did end up loggin it and it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought! Wooooohooo free days rock! =]
  • IMO. Eat it! Everyone deserves one REALLY "bad day". It's just one day and tomorrow is a new one! I went all out...didn't even think I would log it, but I actually didnt do as bad as I thought! =]
  • That's not that bad...actually you can get all those things at subway. I mean, sure there could be more to it. Uhhh the grosses thing I have ever eatin...well it wasn't nasty to me but when I tell people they are digusted....escargot. =]
  • 10 lbs a week?!?!? You don't want to send your body into shock and cause survival mode to kick in...I would stick with the MFP calorie intake. I lost 5 lbs my first week and I have been trying to lose for three years. 2-3 lbs a week is a healthy rate of losing.
  • Give it a rest for a day or two....Then when you start up again, wrap your legs in ace bandages. I got them really really bad at first..I almost went to the ER. The ace bandage seemd to help A LOT.
  • Walk for as long as you feel comfortable. I started with one mile and ended up with shin splints...walk your own pase, thats what matters. It's just like running, you have to slowly build you pase and distance. I know walk 1 mile and run another and I started in Feb.
