I take Women one a day, but I cut it in half and take one half in the morning and one half at night. This helps me get the vitamins 24 hours. =]

I just started using iTunes. Sometimes if you google the song you can find it for free, just takes some time.

I usually do the same thing. I end up getting it back around lunch time. I have started to gather motivating music to listen to first thing in the morning to try and help get me pumped.

Anything with alot of bass. I like Lady Gaga's music cause it gets you moving and makes you feel empowered. Katy Perry, too. Pretty much anything that is fast pased and lots of bass. =]
