Tell me about it. I just had my body fat done by ultrasound, I almost had a heart attack on the spot. It said 30% and my scale reads 28% I don't match the 30% pictures myself. Oh well, have to get it down :)

Here is a chart for you http://www.builtlean.com/2010/08/03/ideal-body-fat-percentage-chart/ You fall in the average range now. 29% would just put you in the ideal range. It all depends on what you're comfortable with. Eat that protein and lift them weights!

Lifting is one of the best things you can do. Getting bulky will not happen~

Same problem with me. Someone pointed out I may have BED (binge eating disorder) I have no control over certain foods. The more I restrict, the worse it gets. I just keep trigger foods out of the house and if I want cookies or something I buy a single serve so I can't eat the whole box.

I do eat more during TOM and it does throw me off track. I won't do hungry or be miserable. I've started taking Yaz birth control strictly for this reason and so far it has helped. There is always some sort of solution, you just have to find it.

Nope, can't spot reduce or spot save lol. I wish. I lose all my weight from the good parts. I had to buy my breasts back.
