youre not. i have a correct side to take pictures from also :) but mines gone now too. sometimes it takes the weirdest things to notice how much progress weve made. great job!

my mom went to the doctor a few weeks ago, she is is shape and works out regularly but she asked her doctor if she should be taking B12. her doctor told her that we should get 2500mcg/day and that the pills arent properly absorbed, so she could get the tablet that dissolve on your tongue from wal-mart.

thats a great link! i love the strength exercises they give you. the reason i lean toward the expensive stuff is because i dont know what lifts/squats/etc to do and it walks you through it - but i will defintely make use of that! thank you :)

stop obsessing over the scale :) that is a VERY bad way to waste your saturday morning. find something else that shows what youve accomplished and dwell on that today

have you tried lots of different yogurt? i HATE the sour taste in any vanilla-ish yogurt, so i eat the flavored yoplait light ones. they can be high in sugar so i usually mix half a container with cereal of some sort. strawberry shortcake is my favorite, and its so sweet its like dessert :)

Im totally impatient when it comes to yoga, but I find that if I do a light cardio workout ( usually yoga is my rest day ) before the yoga I enjoy it a whole lot more, because my muscles feel a lot more willing to stretch and Im actually happy to relax.

SOOZE - i was thinking the same thing! i really considered taking my HRM back and being like "are you sure this things working right?" but then i looked at how many calories my mom burned per workout (shes really fit) and its way less than mine, so I figure its probably accurate, I guess ill just have to start doing more.…
