is there some beginner version of yoga, or some trick that im missing? am i really increasing my flexibility by holding uncomfortable stretches for an hour? and is it supposed to be that uncomfortable? i used to be flexible... not so much anymore

if im going to eat cheese on a sandwhich or some eggs or someplace else where i probably dont need it.. whats the kind that is the least bad for me?? i find it hard to find nutritional info on cheese, and when i do find something lower in calories, it tends to be LOADED with sodium.. any help?

same workout, different burn
im 8 weeks into turbofire. im noticing that the amount of calories burned per work out is decreasing for some of the tapes, but i feel like im working out with the same intensity. is this normal. is it good or bad? and advice? also, if you dont eat back your exercise calories, is it harder to lose weight?

i recently added sugar to my diary and i go over every day! does anyone have any suggestions for low sugar snacks/foods? or know if mfp has it set the sugar allowance really low or something? also, ive heard that "sugar free" options are not neccessarily healthy either - thoughts? any advice is welcome :)
