Newbie - Logging Turbofire

Hi everyone! Im new today and Im about 3 weeks into the TurboFire workout program. The workouts vary from day to day - does anyone know how to log these?

    If you aren't using a heart rate monitor then I would use High Impact Aerobics.

    I have been wondering the same thing. Wonder how everyone else has been doing it. I have been putting all but the stretching exercises under kickboxing (turbojam) and not logging the stretching parts of it.
