has anyone tried this? im a week from the end of TurboFire and ive lost 18 pounds so far, but i want something thats more strength focused. i still have about 20 pounds to lose, will i continue to lose with this program?

also, ive recently started incorporating a lot more strength training into my workout (4 days ago), and the scale has jumped up 2.5-3 lbs. is this normal when starting a new workout? or when switching from mostly cardio to a lot more strength?

thoughts? :)
