try Raw nuts and or seeds (roasting depletes most -if not all- of the nutrition from the fats) and the good fat from these are Energy--which you need for the run. Raw nuts and seeds are also great carbs too! also, Eat Eggs or meats with it.

Yikes! hope u get some alone time soon. my mom did, she forced herself to take an hour or just half hour after dinner to work out, or walk, whatever. She just told us its her time, we eventually complied.... good luck! also, its good to teach the kids that mum needs her time out :-)

tea is a Diuretic, and will definitely remove all that water from your bod.... i drink 2 to 3 mugs a day of black tea. :-) and i love salt, however I dont cook with it, I ONLY put it on food Immediately b4 eating it. :-) salt is good for ya, but not toooooo much

Hello, My trainer has me doing of 30 - 45 of lifting weights, then 30 to 45 cardio. doing cardio last to burn more fat.
