If and when yous (any of yous) quit smoking, and you feel dizzy, or lightheaded, just suck air through a straw. you are getting too much oxygen, and need to slow down your breathing. It really helped me, tons. Good Luck. i stopped, cold turkey. Done. never looked back. you got to want to do it.

The Bullet Dessert maker...it actually had a sign warning you to be careful of the 'blades'........IT DIDN'T Have ANY BLADES!!!! it mashed the fruit, not well either. my food processor makes better desserts from frozen fruit.

i am following a paleo plan, i use mark's daily apple.com (i eat beans, lol, some say it's not paleo)

i lose about 5 lbs per week. and, no, i do not starve myself. i eat, a lot

frozen sliced bananas, pureed in the food processor whit a splash of vanilla, heaping spoonful of unsweetened coco powder, and a splash of unsweetened coconut cream. It looks, feels, and tastes like soft serve ice cream!!! oh, and bacon and scrambled eggs. (eggs cooked in bacon grease---it's good for you!)

keep eating low sugar/low carb fruits. very good for you. you need them. i cut out added sugar from my diet along with grains and processed food.. (Paleo) losing weight steadily, on around 2,000 calories a day.

i'm doing paleo. my diary is open to public view. i am losing weight steadily, not counting calories. i am using MFP to count carbs, lol. i need at least 100 grams carbs per day, no more than 200 grams. i am slowly getting there. From my experiences with yoga (I LOVE YOGA) is that it makes me sleepy too. Yoga relaxes the mind body and soul, so, i think it's just what it does, relaxes. Yoga healed my Heel spurs, sprained foot/ankle, and i no longer go to a chiropractor or dr for pains. How long have you been practicing yoga? maybe you just need a…
