you could try ditching your shoes, for minimalist shoes, like vibrams vff and do foot exercises to strengthen your feet. feet get week from shoes.

also, i bought a lacrosse ball for $2.99 and i use it to stand on, and roll my foot around in it. it helps stretch out the plantar fasia band. this is probably the most important thing you need to do.

There are a bunch of exercises you need to do. Once you strengthen the over 100 muscles and tendons in your foot, the arch will naturally be strong, and you wont need arch supports anymore. they are a crutch, that weaken muscles even more than shoes do. someone mentioned picking up marbles, and moving them, that is perfect…

Don't ever force yourself to eat. Just eat slowly, and eat good healthy foods. If you don't eat all 1200 calories, so be it. That just means that your body doesn't need any more food. If you have a feeling of fullness a lot, then maybe talk to your doctor; that could be a sign of something serious.

i have my diary open to my friends so that they will look at it and comment just as if they were here at the table and to help me to STOP OVER EATING and eating the wrong stuff. if i had more people telling me daily to stop doing bad habits, maybe i would stop. that's the Cabbage Soup diet......heavy people used to have to do that before undergoing any surgery. to drop weight, so the surgery wouldn't be so dangerous. it was given out to patients by their doctors, i have witnessed it many many times. it's not necessary, you dont and probably shouldn't do these
