thanks all, funnily enough i have come across that roadmap post and have used the site suggested. It is actually bookmarked. I will try and change the settings and see what calorie intake and BMR figures i come across. I may up my intake by a bit and try differnt exercises aswell..changing intensities or activities and see…

got alot of goals in mind as going away in september. Want to get down to 100kg from 105kg. Train at least 5 times a week and improve my running and rowing times aswell :) good luck to everyone else with their challenges!

Hey, us UK folk are very rare indeed, but its great to come across others :) I am currently at 107kg (yes i work in kgs!) looking to get down to as close to 90kg initially then wherever this journey takes me! depends on the gradient you are walking aswell, i guess if all other things were constant you would burn the same however outside is much nicer and you get the fresh air, i actually went for a walk after dinner and it was lovely outside :)

I find it soo hard to eat in the morning but i will always aim to have a banana and a innocent smoothie (strawberry flavour) either before work or i will take it to work and have at my desk (so either around 8am or 930am). My last meal i am trying to eat at 7pm if i can manage it and have tried to cut out all after dinner…
