hitting the wall!
Hi all, So i have been on this site for about 6-7 months and in that time I have lost 31 pounds (14 kg or over 2 stone) but still weigh around 225lbs. asthmatic and confused..
so i'm a asthmatic although have not relied on my inhaler for about 5-6 months. I went to the gym today and went on the treadmill and within 5 mins of running (after a 5 min warm up walking) i was panting and gasping..pretty pathetic..however yesterday i started off with the same warm up and was fine and went on to do 25…

Breakfast club ideas?
Hi guys, I know its the most important meal of the day but i hate it with a passion! I normally have a banana for breakfast before i leave for work so was looking for any other healthy choices that i could eat? Im around 240 lbs and looking to lose at least 40-50lbs. Cheers
