Hi all,

So I am looking to quit my gym I have been a member of for 2 years in place of joining my work one (which is half the price but comes with other benefits such as 5 a side football).

Therefore for me to get my pumping iron on I need to invest a bit more at home, I already have a few items but was wondering if anyone could think of anything that could help.

Just a bit about myself I am 97kg and 171cm so quite overweight and thus need to lose alot of fat.

At home I already have:

Bench
Barbell Press x 2 (adjustable)
Dumbbells x 2 (adjustable)
Treadmill
Cross Trainer

Anything else anyone can recommend?

Thanks

  • A Pull-up Bar and i don't know if the dumbells you have are adjustable like bar with free weights or powerblock but i would advise to get some powerblock or selectech up to at least 50 pounds. If you can find powerblock up to 90 pounds, that would be better.

Get yourself a good mat on your floor for abs work and you should be fine.
