You know your body better than the doctor...if you're happy with the # on the scale and feel good then that's all you need. If you don't have any obvious health problems, be happy with the great weight loss success you've had. Charts are meant to be guidelines not hard fast rules.

I would be elated to have your success! You should be so proud!! I think anyone that can lose that kind of weight is doing something RIGHT. Try to take a walk around the block / neighborhood. If you're visiting someone, it would be a nice time to visit and still get some exercise in. Good luck!
