Yes I had my thyroid removed since 2003 and have been on synthroid. I had gained a least 30lbs or so since. Thanks everyone for the advice very helpful and I going to customize it so I don't see the red- right now my sugar limit is set at 25 - unless I exercise I have a little higher. Again thank you all for your input very helpful!!

My biggest problem is my energy and next would be the calorie limit.
