I have used Target, Old Navy, Goodwill , Wal Mart...I have ran ultras in Wal Mart shirt, socks and compression shorts and running shorts..all by Russell or Starter...if I want to spend more, probably UA and New Balance...Old Navy is usually good

I run and walk a lot. Marathon or ultra two to three times a mth. Am into trails now, hope to do the at in a couple of yrs.

don't use the treadmill much, but once did a charity marathon on one. wasn't bad. Fun atmosphere

my daily swim and swimming workouts are good sites if you need them..I usually swim a lap, move the ring, swim another one and rest when needed....swimming is a great workout. I run ultras and swimming a few laps just kicks my rear. It is also good for the body. My back and foot does not hurt in the pool.

moves is a good app that was mention...i just count my walking and sometimes running steps, not elliptical, or bike...makes me do more which is fine

if you enjoy it, do it. I ride and teach a rpm class twice a week. I love the folks in the class and it helps me. I put in a lot of mileage running and walking, so the rpm class gives me a good workout and less road miles on my legs. Doing intervals and hill work helps my running.

if weight loss is your main goal. Just, less calories consume than burn. You might try to find a balance, mix it up with walk/running and elliptical. Main thing is to move and find what you enjoy. You are doing fine!!!

If you enjoy it, keep doing it..may add something slowly on other days..the jazzercise in Augusta, Ga is one of the best...it is new jazzercise like you said

walk meter is usually very good...tho, sometimes it is off by .10 of a mile...not sure why..then, it does ok ...map my walk and Starva are solid
