Hmm, okay. I drank a ton of water yesterday but not as much today. Actually when I did drink water it was with a juice mix. I did drink a little water now and am feeling a little better, but yesterday I was a little queasy too.

Personally I just want to lose weight and get a little toned. I wouldn't like to look all that muscular. Jillian has a nice body, but I just want to get toned.

You can actually find them on youtube. Also, you do not have to switch to the second level workout after just 10 days. I plan on doing workout 1 for 30 days and then workout 2 for the month after that and so on.

It was really hard for me to finish strong like jillian micheals put it, but I just kept going even if I had to take a bunch of breaks for like 2-5 seconds. I usually don't use flavored creamer but If I get the chance I will snag a few of the little cups they have at my church where they sell coffee and stuff. Normally I do use milk or even powdered creamer.

I know I eat too much peanut butter. I know I need to cut back on how often I eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. They are my comfort food, and eating out of stress is something I've been trying to work on for a few months now.

it could also be muscle, but i dont really know much about that kind of stuff. if its different shapes and sizes it probably wouldnt be like flex your abs and stuff and see if they contract or expand it could muscle if they do that
