Such an amazing program. I just finished my first Whole30 and will be continuing for Whole45. I still have a pretty mean sugar dragon that wants to wake up. Congrats on the success.

I'm pretty new to running, I'm still an LSD a (long slow distance) runner...but I love it! I just completed my 7th half marathon since last year when I started. I just received my Insanity yesterday, read through everything, took my before photos, measurements, did the Fit Test and today will be Day 2 for me. I'm looking forward to seeing some changes.

Great post! I just subscribed to your blog! I ran this weekend as well...my first half. I wasn't feeling good at all with the humidity (I'm in Maryland), i stopped at every medic station for a 10 minute break then of course a few pics too. My goal was to finish!
