295 at heaviest, 182 now. I'm usually 'over' on sugar. Good luck to any who has had success restricting their sugar, I'll stick to watching calories.

Yup, I have 'cheat' meals/days. It can't all be egg whites and kale (especially if you're in it for the long haul). Everything is moderation. And I'm picky about my 'cheat' meals. I'll throw it away if I'm not wowed by the first bite.

Just eating the recommended calories and focusing on fruits and vegetables.

I never know what to say. Usually it ends up "I'm trying to lose weight" which is a silly thing to say when you HAVE lost a lot. I'll have to try "eating better" that sounds more accurate.

Very impressive results, you must have put a lot of work into it. Try not to be discouraged if the next 41 don't come off as fast.... those are really hard numbers to match.

I eat tons of fruit and have had lots of weight loss success. I don't count sugar from fruit.

I see a lot of fit older people at the gym or training for marathons. There's countless examples out there. They probably have worked harder then if they were 20 but that's a lot better then just giving up.

Not the first thing I would go for, but they are easy to carry around for hikes or long car rides.

I had the same thing happen. It took me losing about 50 pounds and new clothes before the compliments/comments started flowing. I *felt* a whole lot better after only 8 pounds lost tho.

Daily, with an electronic scale. I really like the decimal point. If I lose even .1 pound, that feels very good to me.

I think PB is well worth the calories. Lots of protean. I stay away from hydrogenated oils tho.
