  • 1/2 C low fat/ fat free cottage cheese 1/2 C oats 1/2 egg whites 1 packet splenda Cinnimon/ cocoa if desired I always do them with cinnimon and i'll add blueberries and eat them with sugar free maple syrup- soooo yummy!!
  • Lisa Garder books are awesome, they are suspense ones. "The perfect husband" is my favorite so far.
  • I am an emotional eater too, just like many of us! I try to leave the house and go for a drive and the store to keep myself busy so I don't think about it as much. It's hard, but think about how terrible you will feel after you eat all that food when you know you weren't even hungry. :(
