  • Have regained some confidence. Before i used to hate meeting up with friends and family, as I knew the first comments wuld be about my weight (or worse, they would ask if I am pregnant). Now I look forward to going on outing with friends. Also I do not hide behind others in pictures anymore. :smokin:
  • A random guy friend once said to me, "Its good you caught a boyfriend when you were thin, because, as of now, no one would marry you".
  • I am doing the 5:2 since 2 months and have lost around 8 lbs. No eating back calories. It is 500 cals in total, plain and simple. Do it twice a week and see the results! Goodluck.

  • I think there is life on other planets. Are they visiting us? Unlikely. I think Humans will learn how to time travel in the future (coz time is all warped and not really linear). And what we think are UFOs are actually human space crafts from the future (of strange shapes because ofcourse future time travelling crafts WILL…
  • I had been diagnosed with PCOS a few years ago. I have been married for two years and want to have a child in another couple of years. I am overweight and have recently started exercising and logging in food.
  • Started Level 2 yesterday. My muscles (arms and calves) are sore. But the workout was fun. And it seemed to go by much quicker than Level 1! Did anyone else feel the same?
  • Today is my last day of level 1. Starting level 2 tomorrow. Funnily i was never sore during the initial days, but i am sore today from yesterdays workout. Weird huh! My clothes are already fitting better:smile: I am also walking for around 40 minutes daily. Can't wait to finish all three levels.

And if that still isn't challenging, then maybe just do 5 or so days of Level 1 and then move on to Level 2. I've heard it's a BEAST! I'm a…

  • Hi, I just started 30DS three days ago. On 19th August. I did for two days then missed it yesterday. Will definitely do it today. But i plan to give myself one day off each week. • Hi, I know dis thread was created months ago but still joining it nevertheless. For me the biggest challenge is not finding the space to jog, run or even go on long walks.
