Anywhere from 30-120 mins. Depending on what I'm doing. Strength training usually about 30 mins along with walks which range from 30-60 mins. On days with yoga... About 120 mins since yoga class is 90 mins.0

Im mixing up workouts right now, yesterday I did ripped in 30 plus 30mins cardio from fitness blender, then today at 6am I did ripped in 30. I have a blood test later so wont be in the mood for exercise so its done early today.
Most days Il do 30 mins cardio plus another 20-40min workout 3-4 days a week0 -
Just started back on circuit traing so at about 30 mins per day but will build it up to to about 50 mins. Then there is cycling, anything up to 12 hours on the bike, one or two days a month, with some shorter rides between to keep me sane.0
-
5-6 days a week roughly 60mins a day mostly cardio on bike or on cross trainer but also Core and Weights
sometimes on public holidays, rostred days off or the weekends i do 2 sessions a day0 -
M-F 1 hour in the gym at work and a 1 hour walk after work at home in the evening.
Sat & Sun 2 hour walks.0 -
Anything between 30 to 90 minutes. In an average i walk for 40 minutes, then circuit training for 30 minutes. sometimes i top it with Zumba.0
-
Between 90 and 180 minutes usually. I walk my dogs across country twice a day, which is about an hour, then I do something myself, which is normally either a 3.5 mile or 5-mile road circuit round country lanes. Can't run it all yet so I walk and jog in intervals. I am out every day... I have the time as I am not in employment.

5-6 days in a week 90 minutes a day.2-3 days calisthenics nd 3 days cardio nd core workout (jog/sprint/walk/rope jump)0

Holy smokes! you guys are the healthiest group of people!! average working out 1-3 HOURS a DAY...whow....feeling lazy here! I cant imagine 3 hours daily.....:smokin:0

Usually anywhere between 30 mins - 90 mins. I like mixing up my workouts. Mainly I workout at home doing dvd's but I also powerwalk outside for 2 - 4 miles, lift weights and take a bodypumpish class once a week and I'm doing T25.
I prefer to get a workout in first thing in the morning and another one a couple of hours after dinner. It's not always possible time wise though, but I make time to get in one good workout six days per week. No excuses!0 -
An hour, sometimes 2 every day of the week.0

me either...30-45mins max (weight lifting doesn't take a long time)0 -
about an hour and a half0

Lifting weights is my preference. My workouts are usually 60-75 minutes with 2 minute rests between sets.
Cardio is usually 20-30 minutes, unless I go for a bike ride.0 -
On lifting days usually 30-45 mins (sometimes a lot less time if I'm having one of those IDGAF days, because I'm not terribly enthused about weights) on run days anywhere from 45 mins to 2 hours or over. There's also the odd 30 minute walk or whatever other random prolonged heart rate elevator I encounter during the week.0
-
I walk for 2 to 2 1/2 hours everyday0
-
I first run on the treadmill from 30-60min but thats not a real workout
So next is either my butt bible dvd or supreme90day dvd and those are 30 min of hell!
The only time i will workout for long is if im dancing!! Once i start i dont wanna stop! :-)0 -
I have fibromyalgia, so it depends on how I feel on each particular. I am only doing Walk Away the pounds videos right now. But, Anywhere from 1 mile- 15 minutes to 5 miles- 1 hour 5 minutes with 10 minute warm up and 10 minute cool down.0
-
3 days a week 60 minutes and 2 days a week 90 minutes. I throw in an extra 30 minutes on the elliptical when I'm really feeling it0
-
60-90 min most days. sometimes more, sometimes less. i walk every day, at least half an hour. then i either run, lift or dance. and have an occasional just walking day.0

Everyone's body chemistry is different, some more than others, I found that I respond better to exercising everyday, on the weekends a hike, bike ride, gardening, trying to chase down my dog who has just stolen my underwear, what ever. For a gym reference I am in there 5 to 6 days a week, I prefer to run about 30-40 minutes about 4-5 days a week, with abs every day, resistance train the other two, so about 90 minutes a day, everyday.0
-
I aim for at least an hour of dedicated me time 6 days a week...it usually is on the elliptical because that's at home and I don't have to wake up my son to go to the gym0
-
Anywhere between 30min to an hour. But I think I need to up that for me to lose more lbs in a week.Cause losing 1lb is not enough!0
-
Depends how far I cycle. Minimum 30 mins, usually closer to 1 hour 40 mins - 2 hours.0
-
40-70 minutes. Cardio is only 2-3 days a week. My weight routine takes about 30-40 minutes and I do that twice a week. I'm not super into working out. Bleeecchhhh.0
-
Min 30 minutes - Max 120 minutes0
-
Around 30-40 minutes a day, 5 days a week.0
-
I do 30 min. of cardio followed by a 60+ min. of lifting every day.0
