wow so many small framed folks! i have a large frame and im currently at my goal weight of 134. I dont think i can go any lower without it being unhealthy, im already pretty ribby as is.

OMG thats awesome!! this just happened to me too, i didnt even realize it untill i was buying new pants for winter, now i look at my old jeans and notice all the places they were sagging and wonder how i didnt see it XD

looking at your picture i would guess its because youve gained a bit of muscle, you should test your bodyfat! i felt alot better about staying at 135 when i tested mine.
