I'm 5'2 and currently weigh 125. I'm a medium frame and wear a size 2/4 at this weight. I feel really good at this weight but would like to lose 5 - 10 more lbs and tone up a little more.

Bump Some really great ideas above! I just cooked some quinoa and stuffed it in a whole chicken and put it in the oven to bake. I hope it is as good as it smells. I added a little garlic and chopped portobello mushrooms before I stuffed it in the chicken.
