I think when that site told you to eat 4230 calories a day that might actually be the calories you would be eating to maintain your current weight! You would then have to set up your defecit in order to lose weight! But like everyone already said, don't count them and set your setting to light activity!

Yes, I agree that you should adjust your calorie intake! For every 10 lbs you lose you daily intake should drop about 50 calories or so, depending on the defecit you set for yourself. I'm getting really upset! I still didn't lose any weight this week! I think I know why but it's still disheartening! I did manage to exercise and burn 1389 calories since Monday! I'm very proud of that!

I don't use whey protein (sorry) but I do use the Special K Protein Drink Mixes. It only has 5g of protein plus 5g of fiber and 30 calories, and at least it helps add to your daily water intake! I like the different flavors and they are great! :)
