I like having friends here because I don't want them to see that I'm slacking so it helps to stick to it more! I don't have anyone with me physically to do this with but I do have online buddies and to me that's the next best thing! :)

When I was dieting in the past I never ate my exercies calories because I figured that created a larger deficit of calories burned. If I was super hungry and had no more calories to spare at the end of the day then I would consider it, but other than that, I didn't and don't plan on it this time around either! :D

I haven't tried it, but I've heard feedback from other friends that have tried it. From what I understand, it's really just a scare-tactic to make you eat right and not eat fatty foods.
