Nuts - almonds, walnuts, cashews, peanuts etc. - just make sure to gets ones with no salt. They have lots of calories but very very good for you and great to snack on throughout the day. Also, dried fruits are good (no added sugar though)! Especially mango's... yum :)

I'm on the Herbal Magic diet too! You're supposed to lose 2 lbs per week on it, so at 15 pounds in 11 weeks your not that far away from what's expected. Great work! We should add eachother as friends to keep motivated
