What are your opionons on ways to reward yourself for all the hard work that goes into weight loss? I know many people who have mini goals and give themselves rewards for each of those goals. What are some ways you reward yourself?

For my 15lb goal I bought myself a new outfit and a belt for the old outfits :o)

I don't have rewards in mind, but I think we all deserve them!

I had once set up mini goals but I eventually let them go. The loss itself was rewarding and most of my rewards were fitness related, but then when I got closer to maintenance I needed new shoes and wanted to register for races before I hit the next landmark.

My only real advice is to go for non-food rewards, obviously. I mainly had song downloads or trips as my rewards.
