Yes I have this and I think it is a very good workout. The first 30 minutes is doing standing abs, then the next 20 minutes is mat work.

I notice when mine syncs with the machine my HR is correct but the machine still says a higher calorie burn than my watch, so be careful of that if you log your calories.

For a low calorie dinner I always do a grilled chicken salad.

Doing this was my first time ever on a swiss ball. I feel off about 4 times in front of everyone in the gym. Oh well I got back on and did it like the book showed. Pretty sure my booty was way up there.

My bands snapped my last week of the program. So I had to run to my garage and do a quick set on the tower out there. If I do another round I am just going to do that. It is very doable.

After Insanity I did ChaLean Extreme. It is very different. I was ready to stop the crazy jumping around and pick up some weights. Insanity is hard on your knees. I do not think it is a "quick fix" You aren't going to do Insanity and all of a sudden have a great body or lose a lot of weight. You have to be eating right at the same time and then continue to exercise. I dont think there are any shortcuts, and I dont really think your friend knows what…

I tired the chipolte ranch and I didnt like it on salad but I didnt want to waste it. I put it in the slow cooker with some chicken breasts and veggies. Turned out pretty good. I want to try the chocolate.

Today starts week 4 for me recovery week. I am not really looking forward to Yoga X twice this week. I will give it my all today, but I might just need to go for a run on Friday.

I think ab ripper 3 times a week should be enough. Although abs do heal quicker I think so you could work them more often. Once your body fat % starts dropping you will be able to see your abs more.
