I feel like I am getting in a good workout. I am all sweaty and tired. I look at my HRM after and 140 calories? Really for a 30 minute workout DVD? Or 135 for 20 minutes of elliptical. 60 for 10 minutes on the treadmill. Only 270 for an hour of Insanity! What is up with this? I wonder if my TDEE is lower since I don't burn…

HRM "zones"
I got my Polar FT4 about 7 months ago. It has my zone as 123 to 161. At first it was hard to get into my zone and then I wouldnt go over 140. Now while doing workouts like HIIT videos it gets up to 174. I am not sure that this is right since a few months ago the same workouts had my HR at about 153. Any ideas? I way the…

I feel like when I am doing it I am not burning any more calories than I would normally burn just doing everyday things. Is that right, or does it really burn calories?

What are your favorite movies to watch instantly on Netfix? I got some good ideas from the last thread, lets get some more. I just watched No strings attached and 10 inch hero. Both very good. Cardio before strength
I notice if I run on the treadmill even just for 15 minutes before doing some lifting, I burn over twice as many calories per my HRM. Then if I just start lifting first. Is that right?

Now that I am at my goal weight and working on getting ripped. I am in between sizes. I like looking more fit, than just skinny so I dont mind that I am now in a higher size, but I'm not. Small is to small Medium to big! Anyone else?

Do my calories sound right?
Just wanting some opinions. I am at my goal weight, just trying to cut down my body fat% I workout 5 -6 days a week doing ChaLean Extream and extra cardio. I am eating 1700 calories a day, but go over on the weekends. I dont eat back my calories. Does that sound right?

Cant't build, can't tone, so what is it?
If you can not build muscle in a calorie deficit and there is no such thing as toning. Then why am I lifting, and why or how am I getiing stronger?

TDEE help, please
If my BMR is 1336 Then I would be at: 1604 for sedentary 1838 for lightly active 2072 moderately active 2305 very active I work out about an hour a day 7 days a week. That should be Very active. So why do I gain weight if I eat anything above 1800 calories a day??

Hi! I havent done any lifting beside what is in videos like 30 day shred. I was useing 3lb weights for those. They now feel really light. I was to start doing deadlifts and that kind of thing. What size weights should I get. I can only afford like one set a month. Should I jump in and buy 10s?
