Capers! I love capers on my fish. You can make a little sauce with lemon juice, chicken broth and capers. Edit to add I do this with salmon and cod.

Lean phase you do 12 max again, but she works lower body and upper body at the same time. Today was my last day. I loved the program. I was also wanting to get NROLFW, but I dont think I have the right stuff to do it at home.

I am in the same boat, my husband wants me to go with the Nike fuel band, but I think I want the fitbit so I can track my sleep as well. Try searching Nike fuel band or fitbit on here. There have been a ton of posts about them.

I have done all those. I love them and they can get you in shape, but I burn twice as many calories doing zumba per my HRM

I always buy the 100 calorie sandwich thins. They make great buns for burgers too.

If you don't like it, don't do. I think it is great that you like to run. I have to workout at home while my son naps. I get very bored if I stay on the treadmill for more than 20 minutes. I love your fitness routine and wish I could do that much. I just started so I am not lifting super heavy yet. Just heavy enough for me. I added tomato hummus to my turkey sandwich today to change it up. I love a good chicken salad sandwich with grapes or egg salad with horseradish.

I am always over my calories burned. I am not sure why it is so low. It should not be a problem unless you are netting to low calories eaten.

I have been going though a ton of stuff with my mother lately. The past few months have been HELL. It is nice to know I am not the only one having problems like this. I have been feeling completely isolated like no one could understand.

Netflix has a few crunch ones and some 10 minute trainers. Not to bad. I think all Hulu has are clips. You can try Exercise TV, search for free full length videos, they have some good ones.

I really enjoy a nice glass of wine as well. I try not to drink it at all on the weekdays, knowing I can relax on the weekends with a few glasses.

I really wanted to start lifting but didnt know where to start. I got ChaLean Extreme and highly recommend it. This is my last week of the program. I am sad it is over and will continue to lift. I got some pretty nice results from it.

As I am pretty weak right now. I can fail by 5 with my dumbbells on some moves. Most though I do need heavier weights. I am slowly trying to build a better home gym, but it takes time.
