Never had issues with losing/gaining weight. I just have to make sure of what foods I eat and how close to a bathroom I am. And no, it isn't just the greasy foods - lettuce and ruffiage do the same thing to me.

Unbelievable - I don't have kids, but OMFG!! SMDH What if a child has health issues? Or a parent trying to limit sugar intake? This is insane. There is much better motivation out there for children!!

Ok - I am confused. You asked if you should eat ice cream after throwing up to eat back some calories, and then when folks gave their opinion, you said ^^^^^this?.?. I did see a lot of folks telling you to take care of yourself first, and give you ideas on what would be better to eat if you are sick than ice cream........

I don't think it is a matter of giving it up. If you were to completely give it up, there is a chance you would binge on it, just like any other yummy, delish, bad-for-us foods that we aren't "supposed" to have when trying to lose weight. If you can fit it in your budget, go for it!

Lou's - it's a drive-in restaurant in Peoria, IL. OMG - Delish!!! Pineapple shake and double cheeseburger or chili cheese dog basket. It is only open in the summer. I am so using extra calories next Saturday, it's the last day for the season.

I quit a year ago in April and I still dream that I am smoking once in a while. Just one day, hour, minute at a time. You can do it!! ^^^ This...IMO I try to think of my weight loss in one week periods - not 24 hour periods. I weigh myself once a week, so within that week I have a lot more opportunities to make a wrong, right again.
