Aunt Flo paid a visit to me as well and even though I did work out, I prob didn't work as hard as I normally do (too drained). I did weigh however, and no pounds lost, I'll blame that on Flo since she's never nice to me.

I asked one of the Excercise PhD's at the university I work at and he said that chocolate milk has the right protein to sugar ratio so he agreed it is probably one of the best after workout drinks a person can have. :smile:

I use to use Sparkpeople. I like this site quite a bit better due to the calorie/exercise calculations.
