I think you've already had that ticket with your weight loss, so far!!! Way to go and GREAT question. I sometimes skip meals, too and I tend to freak out thinking I'm in the dreaded "starvation" mode.

Personally, I love juicing. But if you get the wrong type of juicer, then yes -- you can remove all the nutrients and the motor to the blade will heat up and cook your food! If the doctors are afraid of you putting so many hormones in your body -- aren't they afraid of the overuse of Plan B pills? Nuvaring goes in vaginally so all the medicine stays right there - doesn't go into your blood stream and make you gain weight, have side effects, etc. I've been on it for years and I love it.…

I've stopped drinking Fountain Soda's. My "fountain dew" love would add about a thousand calories to my day. Also, not eating sugary things for breakfast. Well, I still eat fruit -- but not donuts. I've substituted my sugar for healthier sugar, I guess!
