ONE DAY AT A TIME! If you want something really bad, just remember - tomorrow is another day with another round of fresh calories to eat. Also, have a cheat day!!! If you really want that burger or chips, just think "I will get that on my cheat day this week". It's not like you'll never have it again!

I like to mix tuna w/ penne -- and I enjoy the flavored tuna so I don't have to add hardly anything into my pasta. :)

Well, I was at a salad bar and they were right next to eachother and I just HATE lettuce salads. So sqeaky when you crunch a big mound of lettuce..gives me goosebumps. LOL So these are my fave things on the salad bar I thought what the heck!

That's why you have to remind yourself to take cheat days -- so you don't indulge and overeat. So even though you can't have that chinese necessarily today...you remind yourself you WILL have it for your cheat day this week (i usually pick one thing a week to just NOT CARE ABOUT) and you'll be fine! I always try to get an egg into my diet. The sucralose and all of those bad artificial sweeteners ending in -ose are the smalled amounts in crystal light.....so you're ok! :) I drink it too. Crystal light has the least amount of it - it's like less than 1/2 a percent.

Thanks, everyone!!! The huge body builder on the front and the word MUSCLE is huge beefed up letters is what made me think the powder had something else in it....I always make sure protein is in my diet but I just don't have time to sit and chew all this food!!!!!! I'm a lazy eater....thanks again!
