I don't plan any cheat meals / days since I know I usually end up going over my calories around once a week anyway if I go out for a meal or drinks or order in food with my housemates etc. I always let myself do stuff like that as long as it isn't too often since being really strict doesn't really work for me

Love this thread A big thing for me was finding I had loads of clothes I'd never worn before which now fit. My family all love buying clothes so would always buy me them for christmas / birthdays, but they always bought them in L. I have only ever logged a weight gain once. I hate what it does to my graph so I just ignore them and log my weight next time I actually lose weight...
