Start slow...start with eating what the portions say and walking. It is an easy way to start. As you see little results it will push you to do more. And most of all never get discouraged or think that you are not doing it right or doing enough. It takes baby steps.

Ruts can be hard BUT no rut is ever to hard to get out of! Change something you are doing: analyze food, analyze workout, do something to jump start system will help!

I am in the same boat...but I think that showing your healthy lifestyle and healthy eating they would see that. But I also think that it what you have done is something to be proud of...so why not share it if you get serious...it is an amazing job you have done! So congrats!

I like to make rollups. I have done this version Ground Chicken Green Onion Low Fat High Protein Cream Cheese Red Peppers Shredded cheese Melt this all down together. Then Roll it in a Mama Lupe (OR other brand) low carb tortialla...great frozen for a simple meal!

I am very careful to never eat less than 1300 calories and on days that I workout more I eat around 1500 calories and around 150 grams of protein a day. I recently had this happen a week ago saturday...stepped on a gym at 296...been 6 years since I was that low! Was amazing...I left them and will never be back in them!!

I am a single mom with two boys under the age of 5. I also work full time and manage to get in two hours of working out a day. I log daily feel free to add me. I have lost almost 70lbs since June 2013. I like having other active people to encourage and that can offer me advice.

When I get bored I drink water and I get up and move...even if it is just doing some laundry or reading a book. I do not set and let myself get more bored I have to find something to do!
