Haha You & me both! I just did the ab workout... holy is my core ever weak. This will be my nemesis! Good work though. I like that they are only 25 minutes workouts, it means I can go for a little run if I feel like too.

Thanks for the replies guys. I was having a hard time for the past month and a bit as I was working out and didn't really see much weight loss in numbers on the scale. I can't comment on insanity as I've never done it. But T25 is different workouts in 25 minutes non-stop, 5 x per week, with 2 workouts on Friday and stretch sunday. I've been dripping sweat the past 3 nights.

I just woke up and logged in, so probably a Shakeology choci vegan smoothie. I'll prolly have it with 1/2cup water, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 medium banana. Yummy.

This is a super interesting thread. I was thinking the same thing. I have a goal of 1240cal/day, and then got confused when MFP said I had say an extra 356 cals and was unsure what I should do with them.

I feel your pain. I hurt my back last Dec (no idea how) and it turned out a had a bulging disc in the L4/5 region - ugh I also had an issue with a vertebra joint.
