I have the exact same issue with BP but in a reverse order when i'm low on calories, If i hit the gym and havent gotten close to around 1200 by gym time my blood pressure drops to the point where I'm borderline passing out and I have to make sure to it down after every set and try to stay conscious. Ive maintained a 20lb loss from my original 25lb loss (aka i gained back 5lbs). Just find a maintanable lifestyle for you! weighing 130lbs was not easy for me to maintain unless i was in trainng/athlete mod, so during summer I wasn't able to maintain it. I gained back 5lbs and for the past three years kept off 20lbs. I…

Preworkout is a waste of money, and you guys are already broke-*kitten* college students- My 262 anatomy teacher. Preworkout is drinking water and maybe eating a small snack, like a banana or apple half an hour before hand. If you don't have enough energy to finish your workout, there are underlying issues that need to be…

Swimming is definitely one of the best choices to do for exercise with Arthritis, not only is it light on the joints, the water can really help sooth the pain. I also found, while just playing in the ocean one day, that it really helps releave the pain. My doctor allowed me to go off my meds, and I for the first time…

I'm about 5'3, and 156 pounds right now. My goal is about 125lb, simply because I have quite a bit of muscle mass. So even though i have a small/medium frame, I'm not going to aim for 105/110 like i may WANT, because with my hips/thighs and muscles it ain't gonna happen.

NEVER wear matching socks. Are you more scared of spiders in the shower than just crawling around in your room?
