Ultimately, I want to make a 6 minute mile.
Get abs, do a handstand (and hold it) and a press handstand.
to wear a smaller size than i am now
to inspire others to take action regarding their weight
to parade around comfortably in a bikini on the beach and do a split handstand.
to attain control0 -
I want to learn parkour0
-
clothes.... bikiniiiii0

To be truly happy. I want to look amazing during cosplay. I've only done it two times and each time I felt like a beast next to some of the others. =/0
-
My dream goal is to become self sustaining. I want to grow a garden, raise livestock, and live off grid somewhere in the hills of California with my husband and our son.0
-
I have 2... First is to be able to buy clothes without bursting into tears and second is to have the confidence to cosplay as one of my favorite anime characters. I know a lot of people say beauty comes from within, but I personally believe you have to love the outside just as much as the inside to truly be happy with ones self.0

Capoeira like a beautiful vision! Someday I will!0
-
To gain muscle and strength back and to get my period fixed.
To be able to do a handstand and a variety of other bodyweight tricks and to be able to show off a little :P.
To get more muscular thighs and glutes - I want to be able to sport a tattoo one day~
And over all, just to be happy and healthy as long as I can...0 -
Four words: Single Digit Dress Size
I'd love to be able to go shopping at normal stores and not be automatically searching for the largest size they carry and hoping against all hope that it might fit.
To be happy with what I see in the mirror for once.
To get enough of my confidence back to be able to date again without worrying about this guy being a chubby chaser or something... (not that there's anything wrong with chubby chasers, I just don't want to be a chasee)
To get enough of my confidence back to be able to date again without worrying that I'm not attractive enough or something because of my weight.
To notice one day that I no longer feel my tummy on my lap when I sit down (getting close!! There's only a little left!!)
Small calves (One day... one day...) so I can feel comfortable in the stockings I love so much
To reach that day when I purchase some size 8 or size 6 jeans, put them on and go "Ok... I'm good at this weight. I think I'll maintain here."
To cosplay with confidence!!
Smaller ring size.
Smaller shoe size (I hope, I hope, I hope!!!)
To take Tribal Fusion classes and not feel like a cow in the outfit.
To be able to get those peacock feathers tattooed on my back that I've wanted for years and be able to show them off when I want to.
To be able to buy bracelets and have them fit...
To buy super adorable rockabilly dresses and feel as awesome as they are.
To be able to use the "As God as my witness, I'll never be 'plus size' again!" speech I've had prepared for years... because dramatic weight loss deserves a dramatic commentary and who's more dramatic than Vivien Leigh in Gone With the Wind? :P
etc... but you get the idea0 -
To be able to do 20 "man" push ups like it's nothing.
To be able to render a man speechless ( because I'm stronger hehe)
Sky Diving, Trapeze swinging, *kitten* kicking
Finally, to stop being an observer and start being a participant.
To stop living life from the sidelines.0 -

To enjoy shopping! There are so many more clothing options when you're thinner. :-)0

I want to sit in the car put on the seat belt and not have that awful roll show its ugly face!0
-
I want to do a cartwheel. My brain still knows how and it really wants to, but my body stops like a horse in one of those obstacle courses when it sees the bar placed too high and goes HELL NO I'M NOT JUMPING THAT0
-
get shredded0
-
i want to achieve about an 18-20% body fat0
-
Achieve a fit bf% (18-20), wear a hot bikini to the beach, and be an all around babe.
Oh! And have measurements of curves to kill!0 -
I want to weigh what I did in highschool!!0
-
My goal is approximately this physique:
0 -
Start my family. Every day that goes by that I'm not pregnant is killing me. I want healthy pregnancies, healthy babies, and to raise them with the right attitude toward food. I need to succeed with my kids where my parents failed. Still trying to change my own eating habits.0

Fitness-wise, I would love to be able to run a marathon ... a 10k would be my goal. I see women effortlessly floating on sidewalks and down graveled pavement .... ipods in ears, water bottle in hand, and shutting out the world * I'd love to have that mental clarity in doing that type of exercise
Food-wise, I'd like to be able to eat for fuel; to not turn to food to get me through emotional times, and to be able to eat fresh, whole foods. Actually enjoy treats in moderation, and go back to eating freshly the very next meal!
Physically- I'd love to not have a stomach that hangs over, not have backfat, and to have shoulders/upper arms that I am not ashamed of. I'd like to be able to wear a tank top with my hair in a bun in the summer -- versus, wearing tank tops, but keeping my hair down to cover my shoulders, or wearing a tshirt or a little jacket in 90 degree heat -- all because I hate my arms. I'd like to have fabric skim over my body without ripples of flesh bulging out from underneath. I dont need a flat stomach, in fact, I sort of want a cute stomach with a little pudge and some extra curves to my hips ... but I want a flat back and small-ish shoulders
Emotionally & Mentally: I want to not have any doubts in my mind that I look good. I want to be a good mood day in and day out in terms of my body ... and know that I am treating it with respect and feeding it the fuel it needs ... not just eating for emotional issues or eating out of habit or comfort0 -
I want to be able to get dressed in the morning and love what I see.
And most of all
To not feel out of control when I eat and hate myself afterwards.
ex. 20 minutes ago in the break room with an array of big bagels and cream cheeses. I knew they where bad for me but I quickly toasted up a cheese bagel and packed on the cream cheese. Now the guilt sets in.0 -

You can do it! Keep going!!0 -
Losing weight means I will have an excellent chance at decreasing and/or getting rid of my sleep apnea. Doing so would mean that extreme fatigue and the desire to sleep would no longer rule my life. That right there is my ultimate goal!0
-
I have so many dreams; to wear a dress, go dancing again, play with my grandson's, ride bikes with my hubby, to be able to walk up stairs without being out of breath, to wear nicer clothes, walk around without all the stares and finger pointing, and to feel comfortable about being me.....to name a few!0
-
no muffin top and look cute in small clothes0
-
I just wanted to hear what everyone's goals or dreams are besides some number on the scale. What do you want to achieve?
For me when I get in better shape, I want to do the Susan G Coleman's 3 day breast cancer walk. My mom passed of breast cancer and I would like to participate in that walk when I turn 50 (two more years).
That's my dream goal, what's yours?
What a beautiful dream!!! Thanks for sharing!!
My goal: To look at myself in the mirror and not see the 248lb person I started out as.....0
