I think the lack of sleep shouldn't be TOO bad, just make sure you get plenty on the Friday/Saturday before the walk.

Hi ! I am also doing the Shine Walk ! So excited about it! I have been doing mixed training, most of it focused on streghtening my legs. I do two sessions of spinning a week, walk around 20 miles a week (divided on separated days) and also one session of body conditionning/weights. x
