HI, I know where you are coming from. I have the same problem in that I get obsessive when losing weight or else I binge while telling myself " I will eat lots today and start a diet tomorrow" Add me and message me any time you want to try and curb a binge- It would be great to have someone who I could do the same with :)

I am in the midst of a binging cycle at the moment and I am trying hard to get back on track. I find moderation the hardest thing as I have a very all or nothing personality and so I am either eating the whole fridge or nothing at all. Feel free to add me- I would like more friends who understand where I am coming from.

Thanks for the replies. I am not at all worried about my weight if I am healthy and strong with lower body fat- it's the body fat that I am really hoping to lower.
